Question 1: Will my insurance cover my medication?
Answer 1: Navigating insurance questions can be overwhelming. While your insurance coverage is unique to you and your situation, our staff is ready and willing to help you find the answers you need.

Question 2: Do I need an appointment for a vaccine or booster (including COVID-19)?
Answer 2: No, you do not need to schedule an appointment. We accept all walk-ins for vaccinations and boosters.

Question 3: Will my insurance cover my COVID-19 vaccine or booster?
Answer 3: Yes your insurance will cover your COVID-19 vaccines and boosters, however at this time all COVID-19 vaccines are being offered free of charge for all qualified individuals.

Question 4: What’s the easiest way to refill my prescription?
Answer 4: If you have refills left on your prescription you can sign into our Patient Portal to request a refill, use our app, or call the pharmacy directly and our staff will be happy to assist you.

Question 5: What should I do if I think I am having a side effect from my medication?
Answer 5: If you think you are having a serious reaction to your medication, call 911 immediately. Call to speak with a pharmacist about any other side effects or possible reaction questions.

Question 6: What is a generic medication? Is it the same medicine as my doctor prescribes?
Answer 6: A generic medication is approved by the FDA to have the same active ingredient as a brand name medication. It works in the same way, provides the same therapeutic benefits, and may also be less expensive.
